How to check a 1xBet coupon
Checking a coupon means finding a bet from its number to see its selections, stake and status: open, won, lost or refunded.
What is the coupon number?
The coupon number is the unique ID of a confirmed bet. You find it in your bet history and on the bet receipt.
Don’t mix it up with a saved bet slip code, which loads a list of selections before you bet. The coupon number refers to a bet already placed.
Checking a coupon with its number
Log in, open My bets and find the bet by its number. You’ll see its status and the result of each selection.
- Log in to your account.
- Open the My bets tab next to the bet slip.
- Search for the coupon number or scroll through your history.
- Check the overall status and each selection.
What the statuses mean

Example: reading an accumulator coupon
An accumulator only wins if every selection wins. The coupon shows each selection’s result and an overall status.

With a 1,000 FCFA stake, the total odds are 1.50 × 1.80 × 2.00 = 5.40, a potential return of 5,400 FCFA. Until the third selection is finished, the coupon stays open. If it loses, the whole accumulator loses.
What happens to an accumulator when a match is cancelled?
A void selection (a cancelled match, for example) is usually recalculated at odds of 1.00, and the accumulator carries on with the remaining selections.
In the example above, if Team D’s match is cancelled, the total odds become 1.50 × 1.80 = 2.70.
Cashing out before the end
Cash-out lets you sell a running bet back before all the matches finish, to lock in a profit or cut a loss.
The amount offered changes live with the matches. Cashed-out bets don’t count for most promotions.
